Muster Day for Miniball and Aussie Hoops Programs

Updated: Aug 5, 2020

We would like to invite you to join us for our Muster Day for Term 3 on Tuesday 11th August at Maitland Federation Centre.

To assist in our compliance with the NSW Public Health for Indoor Community Sport Facilities, there are some important measures that all participants will need to abide by - click here to see our CovidSafe Conditions of Entry.

SESSION TIMES

To enable us to ensure we stay under capacity, and implement our CovidSafe plan, we have divided the Muster Day into 2 sessions:

  •   4.00pm - 5.00pm: Kindergarten to Year 2

  •   5.15pm - 6.15pm: Years 3 - 6

ATTENDANCE

Please note that only ONE parent/carer will be able attend the muster day with your child. To enable families to be able to participate, if you have other children under your care and need to bring them to the facility, you can.

The purpose of the CovidSafe guidelines is to have as few people as possible at our facility.

If you can make alternative arrangements for other children in your family, please do so.

If for some reason you cannot attend the Muster Day, but would like to play, please complete the online form, so that we can send you registration details for the program of your choice.

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR MUSTER DAY

Please be sure to complete the online form as soon as possible...it will help the Muster Day run smoothly, and allow us to ensure a CovidSafe facility if we know how many people are attending well in advance.

TERM 1 PLAYERS

There will be discounted entry prices for all players who registered and paid for Term 1 Programs cut short by the previous Covid19 shutdown. We are currently working with BNSW to set up the online forms to enable people to join and claim their discount.

We will also be updating our website with some small but important changes to each of our programs, to ensure that we can remain CovidSafe.

Development Officer - Lachlan Beavis

We also welcome Lachlan "Bear" Beavis to our program staff. Bear is a member of the Pegasus Maitland Mustangs Waratah One and Youth One Men's teams, and will be heading up all of our Development Programs, including Aussie Hoops, Miniball, Mustangs Stable, and Hunter Valley Grammar School Partnership. Welcome aboard Bear!

You can reach Lachlan via email -  mbadevelopment2020@gmail.com or call the stadium on 4934 3503 if you have any questions.
