
Walking Basketball
Walking Basketball is a low-impact, social, and fun way to improve the levels of physical activity for Australians of all ages, including those recovering from injury. The program provides optimal health benefits to all who participate including those who might be intimidated by the pace and impact of a traditional basketball game but love the slower, more social version of Walking Basketball. Walking Basketball is a gentle physical activity that allows seniors to be able to work on skills and game-based activities alongside others in a fun and relaxing environment.

Where: Maitland Federation Centre (10 Bent Street, Maitland
When: Wednesdays for 3 weeks commencing 5th March
Time: 10am - 11am
Cost: FREE
(however, participants will need to complete their BNSW membership during sign-up)
